Are you trying to access the myAT&T account through the PC or the phone, or is it not working on either?
This can be an issue with my browser’s cookies/cache. Please try logging out and clearing both Firefox and Safari’s cookies/cache. After that, log back in and retest the Forgot User ID/Password link. When you enter the information, you can have it sent to the contact email address.
