My issue is still NOT resolved!! Still very very frustrated! I have tried to find an email address to complain about this and of course there is no customer support email address I do not want to call customer service again and log more hours on this issue – I have already logged many hours and much effort on this. I am very surprised a company this bag cannot resolve an issue like this. It is a big problem because alot of the months I get a notification that we may be going over our data – due to me having 5 children on smart phones. In this day and age I should be able to pull this up on my phone like most people are and see who is going over and using a lot of data, but instead I have to call a customer service representative and ask for the information. Which is VERY time consuming!!! I really am at my wits end – and will think of canceling our services when I our contracts and next programs are up.
