I’m sorry to hear that you lost the SIM card! I can understand how worrisome that can be!
Did you get the chance to start new service on the GoPhone at all? Have you made a payment on an account? Service is not started on a device until the SIM card is activated for the particular phone number.
If you’re wanting to start service through AT&T, you can go into any AT&T Corporate store location and get another SIM card free of charge. While there, it can be activated and you can test out the service before leaving.
To cancel GoPhone service, it does automatically cancel 60 days after your balance expiration date. If you’re wanting to speak with a representative, you can do so through GoPhone Support at 800-901-9878.
