Hey there, I have combined many bills before as I am att customer service and att forum hero at night
When you combined your bill the rep should have asked you to set up a security question as well as a 4 digit pin. This would have triggered the PCN or post call notification letting you know your security information was changed. Now technically nothing was changed, it was created. Once your bill is fully combined you will have one account number for both service (which the chat rep should have provided) The chat rep should have also informed you that the process takes up to 60 days to complete, and if you currently have auto pay set up on your account it may drop out of the system and you will need to re-enroll in auto-pay if that happens so monitor your account in about 45 days to see. As far as the Russian number, thats a new one on me. If you dialed 1-800-351-0500 or 1-800-288-2020 you spoke to ATT. Call centers use VOIP so whatever server they are using is what number will show up. My call center uses the Philippines, but we are in the USA. I hope this brings some ease to you, and enjoy that tablet
