I have my suspicions and feel what i found on his phone the other day about chat rooms may have something to do with it but i dont have any evidence. It looks like its all out going texts from his phone nothing incoming. The texts from his phone are being sent to a code 120 and 130 and one time it was sent to just a number 7. May i ask if youve been able to find out any other information about these codes? I do NOT want to marry a liar or a cheater so as soon as we can fgure this out together the better. I have a nine year old little girl that os looking up to me to o the right thing! PLEASE HELP!!!!!
Have you tried asking them about the texts? It seems to me as that should be your first source of research, as they might be able to easily tell you what they are for. If your daughter is looking up to you to do the right thing, is "sneeking around behind their back trying to check up on them and not trusting them" a good role to set for your daughter? If you have concerns you should actually ask your significant other first, and public forums like this second.
As a starting point, a little searching with Google will give you links to CSCA (Common Short Code Administration), the group which administers the Common Short COdes in the US. THey will tell you that in the US, 3 digit CSC's tend to be carrier specific, so it is possibly a premium service they have subscribed to on their cell phone. Once again, you should be asing them about it. You can always validate what they tell you if you don't trust their answer, but if you don't trust them to tell the truth about this, why would you trust them to tell the truth about anything? If they've already given you reason to mistrust them about this, perhaps you already have the answer you are looking for to the other question, because you will probably never trust them about anything else either.
