We must be using different AT&T sites then somehow. Nothing anywhere for
chat (the AT&T site in general is awful to navigate & slow to respond & I
have a fast connection). As far as the iphone 7 goes, I don't fall for the
Apple-nomics & never upgrade my phone until its been at least 2 years bc of
1) the AT&T ridiculous fees to upgrade (why I posted this) & 2) I realize
now how Apple operates & preys on consumers with its practices which I
won't get into here.
