My apologies for any trouble you’ve been having with your AT&T Messages online contacts! Rest assured, I’m here to help out!
AT&T Messages is something that’s integrated into the AT&T Address Book website as well. That integration is what allows you to view your contacts through the AT&T Messages site. In order to set this up properly, you’ll want to visit the AT&T Address Book site here. Once AT&T Address Book is fully setup, you should find your contacts on the Messages site without a problem.
