Thanks for joining the Community Forums, we are very glad to meet you! With the linked accounts, sometimes the security authentication can be doubled. However, this should not happen every time you log in.
In order to find out why the account is asking for the email twice during log in, I will need to get some detailed information from you. If I can please have you send a private message to @ATTMobilityCare, including your name, account number, and the best method and time to reach you, I would really appreciate it.
