If you are having issues remebering your Security Passcode you can contact AT&T either on Phone or chat to see if they can help you get that all sorted out. You could also go to an AT&T company store with your ID to see if they can change it. Beware though if you are not the account holder of the account you are trying to get in to you won't have much luck. AT&T is fairly strict about access to accounts that involves bypassing the passcode for non account owners.
