I have spent countless hours working with AT&T to get someone that actually cares to help me and have yet to find a person....I have had my case escaleated to the engineering department and have been promised to received a call back in 48 hours 6 times!!!!!!!!! This is after I have sat on the phone with the online department for hours!!!! I have been a loyal AT&T customerr for over 10 years and this issue started about 60 days ago and no one cares!!!!
My issue is when I try to login to my online accont either through a browser or my app and I get this message "We are enhancing your online experience, and myAT&T is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience." This has occured for about 60 days and not one person cares about my issues.
I recently purchased a T-mobile sim card to see how it compares to AT&T and ready to switch if this isn't resolved asap. I've spent way too much time trying to figure this out and will start a formal complaint with all of the employees I've documented that haven't helped one bit. Each time they say they have resubmitted my claim and I WILL receive a call back within 48 hours and nothing!!!!!
Did I also say I am a Directv customer also for 10 years! I will be sure to cancel my account if they can't figure this simple issue out.
Please help!!
