My current phone broke, and I have been trying to activate an old phone I have, however, I am unable to find/remember/locate my security PIN in order to do this. Since my phone is broken, I do not have access to texts (apparently an option for the security PIN to be sent), and I do not have access to the email listed with my account. I've called customer service two times, and my issue has still not been resolved. Can I get any assistance with this? Thank you
