Welcome to the Community Forums! Linking and managing multiple accounts can be confusing; I would be glad to help out!
It sounds like you need to link both accounts first, which is easy. If you have not already created an Access ID for your Uverse account yet, please follow this link. Once you’re there, please click on Creating an Access ID.
Once you have an Access ID for both accounts, they need to be unified in order to be able to access both accounts from one log in. You can click here for more instructions on how to do this. After reaching the website, click on the Adding accounts tab.
If you’ve already done these steps and simply forgot your User ID or password, you can reset/retrieve this information here!
