Why does AT&T deliberately make it impossible to view the contract dates for my four cell phone lines? None of the AT&T instructions for locating the contract dates are valid, whether the billing is combined or not. None of the instructions I've located in other discussions are valid. I've been on AT&T chat four times and they could not locate the page that provides this information. I've called and spoken to AT&T techs on three occassions and they could not provide me with a manner in which to find this information. They gave me the information I was looking for but could not show me how to find it.
Personally, I think the federal government should make it mandatory that all digital providers have a tab or radio button on the main account webpage that allows for this information to be discovered. This is a deliberate move on AT&T's part to make it difficult; there is no other explanation.
