Thank you, guangzl1, for your prompt reply. No, it doesn't help. Once I click on Wireless it takes me to a Support tab. There is no "Overview" or numbers listed anywhere that I can see. I've been all over all the AT&T webpages, tabs, radio buttons, dropdown menus, etc, etc, etc and I can find no way in which to view the contract dates for any of the four lines. I've been over this, and over this, and over this with AT&T Chat and telephone support and nobody at AT&T has been able to find the information on any AT&T webpage, even when I allow AT&T to take control of my account. They had to refer to their system information to determine the contract dates.

 

Although I have the contract dates, I'm extremely disappointed with AT&T's deliberate hiding of this information, or burying it so deep within the website that even AT&T's reps can't find it. It would be a very simple matter for AT&T to make this information accessible from the main account page or the wireless page. As I stated in my initial post, the AT&T employees could not locate this information on any of the webpages.

 

I know that you haven't insinuated such, but I'm not an inexperienced account user. I've never had a problem finding information on any other website. I had no problem locating the contract information before AT&T redesigned their website. Thank you again for your time and assistance. I appreciate it very much.
