Thank you for reaching out the Community Forums! I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the AT&T app. It will be my pleasure to help!

 

If you are having issues logging into your account using the app, may I ask if you have the same problem using the website? Also, do you receive any error message?

 

Some great steps you can try if the problem is only with the app are, to uninstall and re-install the application to update its version if needed. In addition to this, you can clear cache and data on your phone for this specific app if have an Android device.

 

The steps may vary slightly depending on the model. To do this, from the home screen, go to Settings> tap on Apps> Application manager> All tab > scroll to and tap myAT&T> Storage> Clear Cache and Data to complete the process.
