I had a problem with insurance on one of my phones, I contacted at&t about it 15 days ago. I was told that I would be called back in 3-10 days. I never received a call. So on the 14th I called and was told a supervisor would call back to resolve the issue within 24 hours I never received a call. So again today I called where I got the worst run around in my life. I was told a supervisor would call me with in the hour. That was 7 hours ago. Absolute joke I will be dropping this service!
