Are you storing or remembering your password every time you change it? If you are, the device could be storing the old password, instead of the new one. If you have an Android device, I would advise clearing the cache on the app. Our Device Support page has awesome step-by-step instructions on how to get this done. Be sure the make and model on the page matches your device. Then visit Tutorials> Troubleshooting> App Troubleshooting.
You can also uninstall, and then reinstall the app to see if this improves the problem. When logging in, ensure the Access ID and password combination you’re using are correct, as well.
