I have had service with AT&T since they took over from Cingular. I changed my email last year and notified AT&T at that time. I was told that it had been changed in the ATT system, however I still cannot access the app. My last name, my phone number everything that I try says nothing matches. Very frustrating. Also I divorced my ex husband and we split our bill, I went back to my maiden name and informed ATT my bills come with the correct name but caller ID still has other last name going on 4 years now, every time I call its s 2 hour conversation and NO ONE can help me. It's crazy. I desperately need and want this issue resolved to the point that I'm considering going to another company when my contract is up, or maybe before and just paying the money to cancel my contract with ATT. I'M just about at the end of my patience rope. Please help!!
