Complaint - Privacy Violation

I received a text from AT&T stating my passcode had been changed.  SInce I had not made the change I contacted the other authorized users of the account to verify the passcode change.  None of the authorized users made the change so I called 611 and was told the passcode change was made in the store but they could not tell me who made the change or which local branch the change was made.  I made a new passcode as a safety measure and felt very unsecure thinking our acccount had been accessed.

Later, my teenage daughter and my elderly mother came home from a day of shopping and notified me they went to the AT&T store, spoke with Bryan and had the voicemail settings on her phone reset.  Needless to say, I AM FURIOUS!  I called the local branch to speak with Bryan, to get the facts of the situation so I could notify his manager.  Apparently, Bryan IS the store manager and since my daughter and mother didn't have the passcode to the account, he took it upon himself to change the passcode to set up my daughter's voicemail.  Bryan, my daughter, nor my mother had the authorization to change my passcode yet that did not stop Bryan from making an unauthorized change to my account!

So, if someone had stolen my daughters phone and gone to the AT&T store does that mean, Bryan would have assisted them?  What is the point in having security measures on my account if they are not going to be respected?  When my son had phone issues last month, I had to physically go to the store with him because he was not authorized; this is what should have happened today.  I am furious my passcode was changed by Bryan the store manager without proper authorization.

Yes, it was a phone on my account he changed and that is not my issue.  My issue is he is trusted with access to accounts and that trust was broken when he went into my account on the word of a teenager who walked in off the street.  He had no idea if she was who she said she was.  What if I had the voicemail settings locked out for a reason?  When he asked for the passcode and she didn't have it, he should have stopped the interaction at that point!

Bryan asked what he could do to make this better. Honestly, I have no idea.  How do you un-violate someone's privacy?
