I am not changing my "story" as you called it. I text my husband to ask if he had made a passcode change and he had not. So me plus him is plural. Are you with AT&T or just some random forum follower? I am used to superior customer service from AT&T and you are just aggravating the situation. I wanted to speak to a customer service representative about my experience but was told to post on this forum to have the issue brought to the attention of AT&T corporate.
