Thanks for posting. When you say you can't shop, do you mean you're trying to sign up for new service or are you simply trying to purchase an accessory? If service, what kind of service are you trying to sign up for? Are you getting an error message? If so, could you include a screenshot (making sure to block out any personal information)?
