Switched from V in December. Service is great. Customer service is terrible. I have visited a corporate store 4 times, spent countless hours on the phone and chatted until I hate the word "chat", with every department I can think of and NO ONE can get us access to our account or provide a copy of our bill,,,,,,,BUT they want us to pay them $830 right away.
Yesterday I spent 3 hours (yes, I said 3 hours) chatting and then calling. I was switched to 7 different agents, and then finally switched to a gerneral box ("check your account balance") and disconnected.
This has gone on for 3 months. The ONLY thing I get is an email saying I owe $XXX with a link that gets into an account that shows our 5 lines (and our data usage for each line) but a $0 balance and it says nothing is due at this time. When I search for a copy of our bill it says that they are working on it and will email when it is ready. 3 months and still waiting. They say the issue is "unified billing" with our DirecTV, but NO ONE can help us. They say they will suspend our lines tomorrow if we don't pay. I can't even get in TO pay. If they can't get me into my online account or send me a bill, how do I know they will even connect my payment to my account (they ahve 2 dfferent account numbers for us, which neither works correctly. Help anyone???
