Welcome to the Community Forums. I completely understand your concern in your new service and would like to make sure you have been fully taken care of.

 

Aside from what’s going on, I hope you have been enjoying your service so far!

 

If this is your first bill, please be advised it can contain one time fees, such as activation, or other startup costs. The good news is though; these will not show up on your future bills. With unified accounts, it may take two billing cycles for your services to be fully combined; it is normal for them to appear as standalone bills until your new combined bill arrives.

 

In any case a late payment will be made, I recommend making a payment arrangement. This will ensure your services are not suspended and give you extra time to pay. To schedule, or for more information and details on payment arrangements, please click here.
