I understand how concerning it is still seeing an order appear as pending on your account. I will be more than happy to help!
Here is a great article on how to cancel orders using your myAT&T account! I also supply the steps in case you are not able to access the article!
- From the Check order status page, enter the order number and ZIP Code used to place the order. Follow the prompts to continue.
- Select the specific order you wish to cancel.
- On the order status page, if available, select the link to cancel order or cancel item.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your order cancellation.
