I am sorry to hear you are having difficulties logging into your email account. It will be my pleasure to assist!
If you are having this problem with the email on your phone, the first thing you will want to do is remove your account and then set it up all over again. I suggest utilizing our Device Support tool to follow the steps. Please select your device’s make and model > Tutorials> Email & Messaging.
If you own an Android device, you will want to clear cache and data for your email app. To do this, from the main screen, please go to Settings> Applications> Application Manager> Email> Storage> Clear Cache and Data.
Also, if you are having issues with your AT&T email, you can try resetting your password through this link.
