Porting from Verizon to AT&T

Hello everyone! Tried searching online for the best route and couldn't find one!

So, in a nutshell, I switched from Verizon to AT&T today. I actually did the process on Thursday online, but something got hung up when it came to shipping the SIM card and a AT&T rep said it would be best for me to go into a nearby store and grab a SIM card from them.

So, I went today, signed up, and got my new SIM card. All seemed to be good until I tried downloading the myAT&T app. Whenever I try to login, it throws me an error code and tells me to try again later.

Also, the port worked fine in-store, yet I keep getting text messages from AT&T saying I need to correct my 4 digit pin used for the port. When I go and follow the steps to re enter the pin, it accepts it no problem.

I managed to log in on my computer to myAT&T, but I wasn't able to actually do anything with my account (I tried to disable stream saver and was told my change couldn't be saved)

I've been on the phone and chat with reps all night long, all which have given me different answers. One said that the port could take up to 48 hours to fully complete, is that true?

I want to like AT&T, but so far it's been a struggle!
