I am having a very similar issue to OPs. I originally had just an AT&T wireless account and account access worked just fine. However, once I added DIRECTV and combined bills things started going bonkers. Combined billing was a confusing nightmare so I requested my bill to be decombined. Now when I go into my account profile I cannot see any of my active wireless plans! I can see my past bill and that is it. I cant manage anything or see usage at all. @ATTCares can you help with this?
