Account Access

Hello,

 

I have logged in through AT&T before long ago and signed up for paperless billing.  I have since thrown out my old bills (from the mail).  I have tried to log in with my account information but it says that my log in has limited access because i have not synced my wireless account but it clearly shows that my phone number is linked to the log in information.  I just want to be able to manage my information online (with full access to my account - I can't, for the life of me, remember my account number).

 

Help?
