Since you have deleted the app and re-downloaded it, you may want to attempt updating your main phone software. If the updated version of the app is not compatible with your device, it can crash. To learn how to update your phone, please click here. Select your make and model > View all Solutions> System & Storage> Update Software.
You can also clear cache and data from the application itself, depending on your make and model phone. Please access your Settings> Applications or Application Manager> Scroll to locate the myAT&T app> Clear Cache and Clear Data.
