I want the $30/month unlimited plan ($25 with autopay), but I'm unable to sign up for that plan online. Not even chat is available for my ilk. And when I call the toll free number I can never get to a human. This is causing me serious doubts about using your company for my carrier. You need to seriously upgrade your system in order to be as available to Gophone users as you are to your postpaid customers.
I do hope I get some kind of response on this, or I'll need to go to another company.
