When I click on my myAT&T app where it asks me for my username and I click register, it then directs me to a page that asks me to enter my phone number/account number and my billing zip code to verify my account so I enter in all the information correctly and it tells me "Sorry we could not validate your information." I've tried to be patient but I've tried making this account for over a month now. Please help!
