I have been unable to access ATT mobile login to view my bill for almost 10 days? I have the same user name phone number and password for many many years. The app on my ipad has the same issue? When I attempt to recover the password it says it does not match my username when I attempt to recover both it says I don't have either email on file - but I have no other email addresses. Ironically the email to 'view my bill' is the one they say is not on file. I am overseas ad I cant even get chat to function? What is going on?
