I have had ATT for years and always payed my bill online. I added 2 iphones to my account in February and ever since my online account has not upgraded my billing. I have been calling since the first of april trying to get this fixed. I get sent from one person to the other and still get no help. I finally just made a payment that one person told me that was what I owed even when my online account said I owed "0" but it doesn't reflect on my online account. When I added the 2 BOGO iphones I was suppose to get a credit on my bill after the first 2 payments but I don't know whats going on because I cant see my online billing. I have spent several hours getting shuffled from one person to another with no relief. I taked to someone on sunday and she said that I would get a call in 48 hours and still no call. This is very frustrating because I like to pay my bills on time and even thought I have auto pay it doesn't work if my account is not getting updated to reflect what I owe. These are just a few of the problems I'm having with ATT. PLEASE HELP
