Hello @Eshirkic,

 

I can relate to how concerning it is not being able to log into your account.  It will be my pleasure to help!

 

When you go to login your account, there should be a blue link which says, Forgot ID/Password. After clicking on it, follow the series of prompts and it will fetch your login information.  We also have a fantastic article which has various troubleshooting steps for logging into your myAT&T account!
