The only way to get any billing records older than what is available online is to call customer support and request bill reprints. There is a $5 charge for each reprint and I do not know if the detailed call and text records are available or not. The one time I got bill reprints, detailed call and text records were not included but it is possible that is an option you must request. Make sure you tell the rep you want the detailed call and text records.
