Welcome to the Community Forums!  Managing your account online through myAT&T is wonderful.  I would be happy to help you with this.

 

We have a great article on primary and secondary account access.  If you are unable to see the drop-down towards the top with the other users listed your account may be categorized as secondary.  The article will show you how to change this; however, you will need the current primary to make the change.
