The ability to easily access your account online, or via the application can definitely be beneficial. I completely understand your annoyance in not being able to get this feature to function normally.

 

Your account sounds like it may be combined since you switched to DirecTV. In order to sort the accounts out for you to view current usage, I invite you to please send our @ATTDIRECTVCare a private message. Please include your full name, old and new account number, phone number and any additional details you can include. We greatly appreciate it!
