Getting a new phone and activating it on your myAT&T account can be an exciting experience! I will be more than happy to help!
The first step would be to activate your new phone! We have a fantastic article which has a step-by-step guide on how to activate the phone to your account! Just in case you are not able to access it, here are the steps:
- Go to Activate your wireless device
- Do one of the following:
- AT&T Wireless Device – Select Activate your device
- Prepaid GoPhone – From the drop-down, select your device
- Enter any required information
- Select Continue
- Follow the prompts to complete activation
