Originally ATT told me that porting would happen quickly and that I wouldnt notice the change. Now ATT is saying it gonna to take another five days...... I asked and was lied to.... Their website says 1-3 business hours and the FCC says 10minutes to 24 hours.... So Beware..... Ive been waiting two days and still have 5 days to go....per ATT. So I called my old carrier and they said they gave up the number to ATT on Thursday and now it Saturday....Now they are saying maybe on Next Wednesday.... If I was told this I would have never switched. No incoming call and my husband is working offshore and my 86 yr old sister is in the hospital.... Im alone without any help and no phone so this is totally unacceptable and I feel Im being held hostage by ATT.
