I have been trying now for 3 days to get on line and pay my bill. However somehow someway in the "chats" I have had my password has been changed without my permission and without me doing it. Your Service is absolute garbage. Please if you can find it in your multimillion dollar scam artist business to send to my email not the cell phone number because well it is suppose to be on hold because I'm overseas...please send my new password that your crappy customer service people created to my email address so I can pay my bill and maybe not be ripped off with late charges even though it is your companies fault I'm having these issues.... your Service is garbage thanks for screwing me over for the umpteenth time...
