I am ready to go somewhere else also, I had two smartphone lines and one flip phone line and was talked into giving up the flip phone for a smartphone with a two year agreement. The ATT employee told me $145.00 a month for up to 4 smartphone lines and thats all I would have to pay. I asked her three times and she promised thats it.  WHAT A BIG FAT LIE. I figured what the hey so I let my son get a smartphone giving us the 4 she told me we were allowed and my bill would be $145. I was thinking this is great what ATT is doing. Well my bill is now $242.00 a month. $100 dollars more than she promised me. I called in and they told me on the phone oh well I should read all the fine print. She said you didn't really think you were getting those $700 dollar phones for $199 now did you. We have to charge you $40 dollars a month for those two years so we get our money back, nothings free. I said then why the heck should I sign a two year contract if I gotta pay for the stupid phone full price anyway. She said it sucks but thats how ATT is doing their customers now. Its wrong, its so wrong.
