lawn damage as a result of AT&T arriving

Hello. ~6 months ago, AT&T came-through our neighborhood and installed everything needed to provide interested customers in partaking of their services. I understand the fact that holes must be created so that underground wiring can be laid-down. This, of course, results in a disruption of people's lawns in most cases. I do know that workers came back through our neighborhood after installation was complete. However, the relatively large rectangle of red clay dirt (our prominent SC soil) did not regrow ANY grass. Of course, this has now left a large rectangular patch of red clay dirt in our front yard. Now, by all means, we are not landscaping savvy residents. But this is just a plain eyesore, plain and simple. Especially when you have a small front yard. I called AT&T a few weeks ago, and was shuffled between different departments so that I could voice this concern to someone. The last person I was directed to... I don't know what happened. Either we were disconnected, they hung up, or whatever. I would like to see a response from AT&T regarding this issue. I feel certain that you would not want to leave sloppy work in your tracks. Especially to a homeowner, such as myself, it is seriously considering switching from cable to DirecTV. But the fact that this is an AT&T company, and the wireless service is of course AT&T, makes me hesitant to do business with a company. I know this may seem like a trivial matter. That I should just go ahead and re-seed and nurture the new grass myself. But this is your responsible business. It's leaving a bad taste in my Bal makes me hesitant to do business with a company. It's leaving a bad taste in my mouth regarding AT&T. Thank you for addressing my concerns.
Best, Jessica
