MyATT account missing?

I'm attempting to log into my account to pay my bill, like I have for the past decade, and login fails with:

"The User ID and password combination you entered doesn't match any entries in our files."

 

I try the "forgot password" function with my userID and last name and it fails with:

ERROR

Hmmm. We've searched our records and can't find the User ID and last name combination you entered. Check your entries, and try again.

(FPWDRD01)

 

And trying the "forgot userID" option with my accurate email address... it fails with:

ERROR

We can't find a match for that email address.Be sure that you entered the email address you chose when you set up your account for online access. Then try again.

If you are a GoPhone customer, your User ID is your 10-digit phone number.

 

I have no doubt that I'm entering valid credentials, as like I said, I've been using this account for over a decade.

 

What gives?
