I am currently outside the US, and have been for several years and have not had any issues logging into my account to pay my Bill, I last paid my Bill online 1 June 2017, but I can no longer log in. The website is now different and when I try to log in, it goes thru what it looks to be redirects then back to the original login screen WITHOUT logging me in......From what I have read it looks as if they combined the wireless with DirectTV etc and messed up the redirect links or the Accounts....
I have had an account with AT&T since 2008, and if they do not fix it soon, Verizon Wireless will soon be getting my 200 bucks a month.
