Hello, I just purchased my first ATT device. It is a Mobley. I am trying to log into my account for the first time and ATT keeps sending (texting) my account verification code to my Mobley number. I spent about an hour on the phone with multiple customer service reps to no avail. I was promised a call back within 48 hours but, of course, nobody called.
How do I get my new account verification code when retrieving texts/calls is not available? Can it be mailed/emailed to me?
