2 days and no solution and no suggestion and no comments from AT&T customer service! Just ignore and discriminate - looks like some employee of AT&T just sabotaging whole company! Is there big Boss who can fix that problem!? And make IT guys to fix AT&T website!? and let AT&T customers who travel abroad to access their account online!??? so they can pay bills and see what is going on in their accounts!??
It is a 3rd week already since I contacted AT&T customer service for the first time and no progress at all. What are disappointment...
