Thanks for posting! In addition to what lizdance40 said, I also recommend trying a different web browser, just to make sure it's not an issue with the browser. You can also try clearing your cache and cookies, before attempting to log in again. I know those are very basic troubleshooting tips, but you would be surprised how many online issues are resolved with those simple steps.
