It sounds like malware has made its way to your device. The best way to get rid of it is to perform a master reset on the device. This will clear off all personal information, so please back up your pictures and contacts.
Please visit our Device Support page on how to back up your device. Make sure your device is selected, and then go to Tutorials> Backup& reset. For Android device please refer to Google Photos to back up media.
After you have reset your device please change all your passwords to email and online accounts to protect your information. I hope this information helps, and please have a lovely weekend.
