I can see how being reminded every month about this would bother you. I am here to help and would like to make sure you’ve been taken care of!

 

The great news is you can easily customize your billing notifications online. Once you’re logged in, please follow these steps:

 

At the top of the page, select the myAT&T tab – Profile.

Click the Select button and choose your wireless account.

Scroll down to the Billing Notifications section and select Edit.

You may opt in or out of each type of listed billing notification for either text messages or emails.

Select Save Changes to save your updates.
