AT&T deception! Honor your promises!

Please be advised, I am paying $147.52 for my AT&T uverse home internet & my mobile iphone service, TOTAL.
REFER to chat session, #*****
on May 31, 2017,at 9:59:40 , with Bryan. During a subsequent AT&T
Customer sevice communication, I was told that I was incorrect about what was promised to me.
I found my copy of the transcript. I've written AT&T, chatted with AT&T , and I called and got hung up
on twice, trying to resolve these issues. This is status quo, for every month. I do not need or want to deal with ongoing hassles and incompetence with AT&T. Further harassment, will result in AT&T
being charged, $150.00 per hour, or any part of an hour, for my time. If I must contact AT&T because
of billing issues whether via writing, text, call, facebook, or any other communication, the same
rate will apply.

[Per Guidelines:  Keep it Relevant and Appropriate].

Our home Uverse internet & the mobile iphone are used for security & emergency situations.
If my paying what was promised, results in any interruption of service, I promise I will file legal and criminal charges against AT&T
and personally against employees involved in these ongoing crimes & harassment! I INTEND TO KEEP MY PROMISE!

I was promised on May 31, 2017:
Data plan $ 30.00
access fee of $20.00
Installment: $25.00
Insurance $8.99
Mobile protection plan$3.00
Surcharges, etc $5.70
Govt Fees &taxes; $9.06
Total montly; $101.75 mobile
Total uverse internet $36.77

ACCT:Total $147.52

I was also promised a credit of $60.00 which you are charging as past due. I expect that $60.00 credit, as promised!
I expect my account to be adjusted
and credited for all mobile charges beyond the $101.75.

This company double crossed us throughout the entire year. First, you promised a FREE iPhone & FREE UNLIMITED DATA PLAN if we have DIRECT TV, which we did, but never had our FREE UNLIMITED DATA PLAN, nor our free iPhone. Now, we have bantered back & forth for over a year! Each time your representatives make promises and DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH.

I WILL PAY FOR THE MOBILE WIRELESS PLAN: $101.75 ***ALL Inlusive I was promised, and NOT ONE PENNY MORE! I AM GOING TO CONTACT THE:

I WILL NOT WASTE ONE MORE SECOND, CHATTING WITH, OR PHONING, USELESS & "CUSTOMER DIS-SERVICE" REPRESENTATIVES.

HANDLE THE MATTER AS YOU PROMISED. PERIOD. YOU HAVE NO NEED TO CONTACT ME IN THIS MATTER, JUST DO IT.
